My order has been damaged during transit. What can I do?Updated a year ago

In the unlikely event that your products are damaged during shipping please contact our customer service team at [email protected] 

Pictures of the damaged box showing the shipping label and tracking number, the damaged products inside the box and the packing slip are mandatory in order to process any requests regarding damages. 

Once our team receives all the required information (pictures, details, etc.), we will then be able to offer compensation for any damaged items.
